RETURNS
If you would like to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt of the item to contact us and arrange the return of the purchase.

When returning a purchased item(s), we request that:

  • The packaging and item are in a resaleable condition
  • We are provided or have on record proof of purchase
  • Return postage is paid for by the customer

Please contact us before returning a purchase as not all items are covered by the return policy such as CDs, DVDs, batteries, costumes, paint, Vouchers, and Gift Cards.  We also exclude sale items and promotions such as grouped packages.

FAULTY ITEMS

If the purchase is found to be faulty, please contact us up to 90 days from purchase where we will work with you to determine a fair outcome.  We may be able to repair or replace the item or have it covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.  We may also refund a partial or full cost of the item.  We abide by the European Union regulations on consumer protection for faulty products.

EXCHANGE

If you would prefer an exchange of the same or different items, please let us know during the returns process or in the case of a faulty item.  Depending on the exchange request, there may be a delivery fee but we will try to minimize any extra cost to you
